A status update that won't fit into a single twittering.

Now would be a good time to give a status update. Something that can summarize what is going on right now in my life, as far as my productivity is concerned.

The website is still being worked on. I have yet to find the time to work on the backend CMS rewrite, but the layout is getting plenty of attention and will be updated soon, hopefully.

Thus far I haven't had had too many problems writing updates for this blog, obviously - keeping to my once a week update rule. The writing has been hackish, I will admit - I tend to rush these things, because of time constraints. This weekend I may try to crank out another link description update, but no guarantees.

Made some purchases this morning to round out some holes in my recording setup - new cables, new preamp, and some guitar accessories (strings, a new brass slide, picks, etc). Going to start cranking out more of the new albums soon. I'm actually restarting the When I Became Aware album to coincide with a "record an album in one month" contest. Can't remember the website for it, so you'll have to deal with that :) Google is your friend. I'm going to be lazy.

Haven't worked on much art lately. I've been too burnt out from my day job to even think about it. I'm prepping for more DOA shots - I've got 3 models coming up. One will hopefully be shot this month, while another will be shot once spring goes full swing (see that, I rhymed.. amazing). I'm giving up on digital painting - There is not near enough time to do it anymore, and I've forgotten nearly everything I knew about how to do it (it has been about 4 or 5 years since I did one).

That's all I've got for now.
