I started my own webcomic.

Dubbed "Relax", my new webcomic will be a medium for creative exposition on absurdity, covering topics ranging from the plight of the Luddites (which will be an ongoing mini-series within the comic), to the casual stupidity and zealotry encountered so often in this modern-yet-sometimes-neanderthalic world.  Profanity, as well as a general welcoming crude nature, blended with the occasional lexiconal ejaculation will be tied with a minimalistic illustration befitting the creative communication.

Each comic will feature an accompanying written treatise on the subject and motivations that inspired it; while communicating the basic message is relatively simple utilizing narrative space within the comic, I would like to expound on each issue with greater detail, affording the reader a large amount of insight that they might not be fully aware of.

The creation process still has yet to be finalized, but currently I am hand-drawing portions of the comic on an analog medium, and then producing the final version in Adobe Illustrator (CS2).

I'm keeping it short and simple, limiting myself to a heading, subhead, and a maximum of 5 panels.  I worry that I might lose the reader with more than that, and feel that 5 is pushing it, in some cases.  Once I become more confident in my writing, I may pursue more depth, but until then, short and succinct for the art is the goal.

Without further rambling..  Relax, #1, by WFL.
